My Experience
I became a "accidental solo admin" in 2010 and never looked back. I have worked in the Multimedia, Non-Profit and Financial Services spaces, and with over 4 years in the Financial Services industry, I decided that I am ready to share my experience and knowledge to help others with all things Salesforce, Experience Cloud, Pardot and Marketing Cloud.
